Chatbot for the federal program Ambassadors of the Pushkin Card in MAX

Our task was to develop and launch a chatbot for a large-scale federal program to involve young people in cultural events on the MAX messenger platform. Program participants work in teams to shoot creative video content about performances, concerts, festivals, and other cultural and artistic events. The authors of the best videos receive the title of ambassadors of the Pushkin Card, the opportunity to get into any cultural institution during the year, promotion in VKontakte, as well as participation in an information campaign to promote the Pushkin Card.

The Pushkin Card Program is a state program of social support for youth aimed at increasing the accessibility of cultural institutions and introducing young people to cultural leisure. The program has been in effect since 2021, is part of the national Family project and is being implemented on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation.
Design in the style of the "Pushkin Card"

According to research, the first impression and decision about participation is formed in the first three seconds. Therefore, a mini-application should be functional, visually pleasing and evoke positive emotions — this is critically important for a young audience.
The chatbot in MAX combines several functions and replaces the work of the moderator and coordinator: it conducts a survey for participation in the project, outputs data, and confirms the fulfillment of the terms of the competition.

Technical implementation

Go allows you to assemble a bot into a single executable file: you do not need to install additional environments, databases, or configure a complex environment. The bot just starts up and immediately works.
At the same time, Go provides high performance and stability, the bot simultaneously processes requests from hundreds of participants, maintaining a consistently high speed of work and all the data received.
