Check promo for Pobeda Airlines

Pobeda low-cost airline is one of the three largest airlines in the country.

In early December 2024, the Morizo team launched the check promo "10 years of victories!" for the client.

Goals:
to attract attention and direct traffic to the airline's official website
increase ticket sales
increase the level of customer trust and interest
during the promo, get additional information about changes in the target audience and their preferences.
Our solution

The promo is based on a built–in digital chain - a simple and understandable user path. An informative promotional landing page has been created with the possibility of switching to a chatbot to download receipts and participate in the prize draw. A check service is integrated into the chatbot, which automatically checks the checks for authenticity and compliance with the terms of the promotion.

What have we done

Design:
Development of landing page design layouts and images for a chatbot in a single style, corporate colors and brand identity. The promo site uses a block structure with animation elements.
Frontend-development:
Page layout, analytics counters have been added to digitize the results.
Backend development:
Development and setup of a chatbot in Telegram for accepting checks, automatically sending messages, encouraging participation in promo, and familiarization with the rules of the draw.
Promo support:
Technical support for the website and chatbot for the duration of the promo.

The structure of the promo landing page

We have developed an 8-block promo page, taking into account the specifics of the promotion and the path of the user participating in the promo. Each of the site's blocks removes objections and answers questions, and becomes an additional argument in favor of the purchase.

The mechanics of the promo

The promo is attended by customers who have bought tickets and services on the website of the Pobeda low-cost airline: https://www.flypobeda.ru /. 

To participate in the drawing, you must upload the receipt to the Telegram chatbot in any convenient way:

  • Scan the QR code of the receipt using the scanner built into the chatbot
  • Enter the recognition result from the camera on your smartphone
  • Upload the link to the digital receipt
  • Upload a receipt image or receipt in pdf format
  • Enter the receipt details manually (the amount of the receipt, FN, FD, FP, date)

 

The receipt is accepted if:

  1. It contains at least one product or service of the Pobeda low-cost airline
  2.  There is a date for the promo — from December 5, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
  3. The user is subscribed to the official channel of Pobeda Airlines in Telegram.

Telegram Chatbot Development

We have developed and configured a chatbot in Telegram in accordance with the requirements of the promo
  • The chatbot accepts and processes receipts, as well as answers questions about the promo.
  • The chatbot has been integrated with a checking service, a tool developed by Morizo. It automatically recognizes the contents of the receipt and checks it for compliance with the conditions of the draw.

Integration with the checking service

The Morizo receipt service simplifies the process of checking receipts uploaded by users, regardless of how many items are in the receipt, where they were purchased and how their names are indicated.

The Morizo service analyzes receipts: 

  • Checks receipts according to the Federal Tax Service.
  • Determines the time of purchase, quantity, and type of goods or services purchased from the airline.
  • Compares it with the terms of the promo.

If the receipt meets all the requirements, it is assigned the status "Accepted" and participates in the prize draw.

The administrative panel of the checking service allows you to:

  • view information about participation in the promo,
  • display data on uploaded receipts,
  • manually moderate receipts,
  • see stock statistics in real time, and much more.

Results of the promo

  • More than 120,000 receipts have been uploaded
  • On average, 900 receipts were uploaded per day
  • The record for the number of checks per day is 1000 checks

More than 50,000 users from all over Russia are participating in the promo 

The share of calls to the support service in connection with the problem of uploading the receipt does not exceed 1.5% of the number of participants in the promo 

2.5% of the total receipts were not recognized. Reasons: a poor-quality QR code image was uploaded, incorrect data entered manually by users was indicated, or there was no response from the Federal Tax Service
