Abbott - Warranty Order Processing Portal

1. Using the infrastructure (applications and servers in the Russian Federation), develop a web portal through which call center agents can create orders for processing warranty claims of various types:
Product replacement
Replacement of goods with return of non-functioning goods
A refund
2. Maintain existing integrations with courier services and systems involved in processing.
3. Provide a function for importing data from the Magento management system of the following types:
Customer account information
Information about the history of orders in the online store
4. Develop functionality for the client to confirm statements for all types of warranty claims.
Within the framework of the project, work was carried out
A series of lightweight prototypes was developed to simplify the perception of the system structure in terms of functional requirements.
Integration with external services


The functionality of the system allows the operator to interact with customer accounts, namely: make adjustments to personal data, work with the address book, control previously created and create new requests, at the time of contacting the support hotline.
All information for each specific client is stored in the system and is in continuous monitoring and updating mode with the client’s personal account located within another circuit of the system.
Data exchange between various system services is carried out using the appropriate API methods.

After launching the solution into commercial operation, the project seamlessly moved into the mode of maintenance, technical support and development of additional functionality.
