Provision of services for the development and support of the client part of the mobile application for Android OS

The mobile application is written using the Kotlin programming language, and is deployed on the internal network on the Samsung and Doogee family of devices

Mobile TORO

The application is designed for mobile rounds and inspections of equipment. The employee receives the task, reflects the fact of its completion and transmits this information to the database.

Main functions:

  • Getting personal assignments with additional detailed information.
  • Prompt fixation of defects from mobile devices with the ability to link photos.
  • Accounting for the completion of tasks through START operations/STOP recording the use of goods and materials and reflecting the quality of the work performed.
  • Fixing the stages of the equipment restoration process.
  • Employee's personal account with performance indicators and the ability to communicate with technical support.

 

Standard solutions on the market from SAP — Work Manager (SDM) or 1C-based MRO have a basic set of functions that do not fully satisfy the customer's production requirements. According to the tasks set, we transferred the application to the Android OS, changed the design, redesigned the screen forms, added the ability to reflect the fact of using goods and materials with information about leftovers, and provided communication with technical support.

The application is constantly being developed, refined and supplemented with new functionality within the framework of technical support.
