NordStar Airlines (JSC «AK «NordStar») is a Russian airline, which is one of the 15 largest airlines in Russia according to the Federal Air Transport Agency.

Colleagues asked us to help them develop an updated version of their corporate website.

Filling the website with content

Design

Based on the company's brandbook, we developed two design concepts. As a result, the customer chose one variant, which went into further development. Layouts were developed for all key sections of the site in three resolutions - desktop, tablet, mobile phone.

Frontend development

We used Bootstrap's modular grid to provide usability in the next stages of website development. This technology allows the site to flexibly scale to different devices without compromising on the content.

Backend development

The website is implemented on 1C Bitrix "Site Management", localized into three languages - Russian, English and Chinese. Integration with the backend booking service was implemented.

Content migration

As part of the work on the updated website, the content was completely preserved - most of the pages were rebuilt manually by the content manager in accordance with the new structure of sections.
